Before your video visit, we'll review your intake form and lab results. During the visit, our physician will discuss your medical history, weight loss goals, and whether GLP-1 medication is right for you. If appropriate, a prescription is sent directly to your pharmacy. The whole process — from intake to prescription — typically takes less than a week.

Our consultation and management fees are cash-pay, but we provide superbills with proper diagnosis and procedure codes that you can submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement. More importantly, we actively help you get the medication itself covered by your insurance through prior authorization support — that's included in your monthly management fee.

Yes. The monthly management fee can be cancelled at any time with no penalties or hidden fees. If you decide GLP-1 treatment isn't for you, simply cancel your subscription through your patient portal.
